Based in Sydney NSW Areus Asset Management was established to provide access for accredited investors to the underlying portfolio managers (Salzworth) ‘Alpha Gold Portfolio’. Salzworth does not accept direct investment from any US/ UK AUS/ NZ Investors/Groups so Areus Asset Management can capitalise on this exclusive opportunity.
It is the intention of Areus Asset Management to have a range of Funds under the Areus brand and across a range of asset classes.
The Areus Alpha Gold Fund has been established as a vehicle for accredited investors to access the underlying portfolio. Access they would otherwise not have.
The Areus Alpha Gold Fund is designed to be a technical, long-short, multi-strategy absolute returns portfolio focusing on the Spot Gold/ USD currency pair.
Alpha Gold aims to deliver high risk-adjusted returns that are uncorrelated to traditional asset classes.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Areus Asset Management launched its Alpha Gold Fund in March 2023 and it has gained traction with International Placement Partners a lot quicker than expected. It has 2 x US and 2 x UK Placement Partners ready for onboarding to allow Areus to target these very large markets and scale up the business significantly.
